Install sequence
Contact your organization administrator and send the email address you want invited.
Open the invitation link in the web app and confirm that you are joining the correct organization.
Download the macOS app, then sign in with the same account that already joined the organization.
Confirm the app is set to the correct organization, then keep it open while the daemon installs and this computer registers. This can take a few minutes.
Install the latest official Codex CLI and Claude Code CLI on this Mac, sign in to both, and verify both commands run locally.
Only after both CLIs are ready, create local Codex or Claude Code sessions from the desktop app.
